Louisiana is rolling out 2022 K-12 Student Standards for Social Studies this 2023-2024 school year. The new standards create a more coherent sequence of history for students to build upon each year.
What materials can I expect from Louisiana Department of Education?
Created by LDOE
Includes all Louisiana Social Studies Standards
Includes units and topics for teaching, a framing question for each unit, supporting questions throughout the units, a few sources and materials, and vocabulary words (no scripted lessons like previous Scope and Sequence)
